Exchange Eligibility

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You need a different size or style (if available).

Conditions

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and warranty cards intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Watches altered by third parties

How to Request an Exchange

  • Share your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Store Credit

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.
