Yes, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You can place your order online and pay securely in cash when your package is delivered to your doorstep.

We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of PKR 180 will apply. Please note that these rates are subject to change based on periodic updates.

We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. No international shipping is available at this time. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote area, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery timeframe is usually between 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified, and your parcel will arrive within the estimated time.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under certain conditions, such as product defects or incorrect items received. In eligible cases, we may also provide store credit in the form of a coupon for future purchases.
